Pork Belly Meat Candy

1 inch cubes of pork belly coated with a sweet and smokey rub that gets rendered for over 4 hours over smoke, then removed and cooks another hour with a mix of brown sugar, honey, and salted butter creating a mouth watering glaze you can't get enough of.
